Marilyn Johnson, B.Sc., CCC, CPCC, ACCP
Marilyn combines executive experience, formal training from certified institutes and well-researched tools in her coaching, training and facilitation work. She specializes in equipping people who have strong technical training but need to improve their interpersonal 'soft skills'–what she believes are the ‘money skills’: influencing, negotiating, motivating, planning and leadership. She has never forgotten what one memorable client and owner of a consulting engineering firm declared: "Too often we hire on technical skills -- and fire for lack of interpersonal skills".
